Youth Action Teams

Youth Action Teams (YAT) are made up of volunteers aged 16 and 25 who meet to discuss issues important to young people in West Sussex. They help decide on new voluntary projects and help Outset remain up to date with current events affecting the young people of West Sussex.

As part of a YAT you will be able to attend training and social events and meet other young people interested in volunteering.

You don’t need to be a long term volunteer to join a YAT and Outset will provide travel expenses to make it easier for everybody to attend all the meetings and events.

West Sussex is split into three areas, South, North and Central and each area has a YAT. If you would like to join your local YAT contact your local Outset representative or contact the main office
