What support do volunteers receive?


Outset’s vinvolved Team provide information and support across the whole county of West Sussex. They visit and maintain regular contact with all schools, colleges and youth groups as well as businesses, voluntary and statutory organisations and other agencies and services that work to support young people.

Central to Outset’s work is the continuous support given to the volunteers by the vinvolved team. They organise community placements and oversee health and safety matters. All placements are carefully monitored and assessed by the vinvolved team to ensure that they are both appropriate and safe for Outset Volunteers.
