Here are some of the recent exciting volunteering opportunities you could get involved in with Outset in Mid Sussex South:

• Join “IT HAPPENS” a group of young mums who give talks about teenage parenthood, hold mother and toddler groups and are planning to train other young parents groups to carry out similar roles.
  

• Create bracelets and other crafts to sell to raise money for charity
  

• Help out at the South of England show
  

• Gain experience of the medical profession by volunteering at the Princess Royal Hospital
